A safe, socially-distant option for your creative kid
The Ovation Institute at Theatre Winter Haven offers parents and students the opportunity to participate in their distance learning program while maintaining a safe environment, and supervision by an educator, as well as a variety of art classes and experiences to supplement your child’s education.
Our commitment to students is to monitor their daily needs as they navigate their distance learning platform, provide art classes in theatre, music, and dance taught by industry professionals, and maintain a clean safe working environment to protect your student and our staff through cleaning and disinfecting of all areas, daily temperature checks, masks worn at all times, and limited class sizes.
Additional services such as; early drop off, late pick up, and scheduled tutoring can be arranged for additional fees.
Programming support by a generous contribution from:

- Daily Cleaning

Programs:
Elementary K-2nd grades
8:00am – 4:00pm
Students in the elementary K-2 program are currently enrolled in kindergarten, 1st, or 2nd grade. They will spend the school day participating in their personal distance learning program with the help and support of a licensed educator. Students in the program will participate in dance, music, and theatre classes, as well as arts enrichment activities each week.
Tuition billed weekly: $139 per week ($28 a day)
Middle School 6th-8th grades
8:00am – 4:00pm
Students in the middle school program are currently enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade. They will spend the school day participating in their personal distance learning program with the help and support of a licensed educator. Students in the program will participate in dance, music, and theatre classes, as well as arts enrichment activities each week.
Tuition billed weekly: $139 per week ($28 a day)
Elementary 3rd-5th Grade
8:00am – 4:00pm
Students in the elementary 3-5 program are currently enrolled in 3rd, 4th, or 5th grade. They will spend the school day participating in their personal distance learning program with the help and support of a licensed educator. Students in the program will participate in dance, music, and theatre classes, as well as arts enrichment activities each week.

High School
7:00am – 4:00pm
Students in the high school program are currently enrolled in 9th, 10th, 11th, or 12th grade. They will spend the school day participating in their personal distance learning program with the help and support of a licensed educator. Students in the program will participate in dance, music, and theatre classes, as well as arts enrichment activities each week.
Tuition billed weekly: $139 per week ($28 a day)
Student Supplies:
Students in this program must supply their own device; compatible with their chosen distance learning program, microphone capability to communicate with their teacher online, a pair of noise-canceling headphones, any school supplies outlined by their online teacher or program, and a mask.
